Rethinking Work and Benefits in a Post-Pandemic World

Virtual Panel
October 19, 2022

What do you want from your employer?

We’re experiencing the tightest labor market in generations, with no end in sight. The need to attract and retain employees means that more companies are thinking through not just pay and remote work but also the whole array of benefits that are critical to the financial and personal success of employees: retirement, health, training, caregiving support and more. And it is a good thing too, as employees—especially younger employees—are increasingly identifying benefits as a reason to choose or even leave a job.

On Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at 2:00 PM ET, we considered an insider's perspective on the future of work, the changing world of workplace benefits and strategies for navigating work in a post-pandemic world.
