Women and the Return to Work






The pandemic drove millions of Americans, mostly women, from the workforce due to increased family caregiving responsibilities and caused many more millions to struggle with the twin responsibilities of work and caregiving. Rob Jekielek, Managing Director of the Harris Poll, presented a new Longevity Project/Harris Poll survey on caregiving and work, followed by a panel of experts.
