Welcome to Century Summit V!
The United States has been described as the most age-segregated society ever and ageism in the US imposes a considerable burden on individuals and communities alike. Ageism shortens people’s lives, undermines business effectiveness, and costs our health system an estimated $63 billion a year. And while ageism principally impacts older people, it also has impact on the prospects and hopes of younger generations.
We want to extend a big thank you to everyone who participated in Century Summit V! Our virtual and in-person attendance reached new records, and we hope that you enjoyed the conversations as much as we did.
